Tullow Community Group Limited are looking for part-time heritage, farm project and environmental workers, a grounds person and a clerical/cleaner on their FAS Community Employment Scheme. All applicants must be FAS CE Eligible. Contact Supervisors Liz Savage or Jennifer Armitage at 9180977.

FETEC COURSE IN TULLOW COMMUNITY SCHOOL: We are hoping to run a Fetac Level 5 Module Caring for Children 0-6, in September. This may take place on a Wednesday night from 7—10 p.m. Places will be limited to 15 and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. If you are interested in doing this course, please get your name on the list by contacting Martina Fogarty at Tullow Community School on 9151473.

HOUSEBOUND: Next Friday is First Friday. Fr. Brendan Byrne will visit housebound on his list next Friday 5th June.

TULLOW GOLFING SOCIETY will have their next outing to Coolattin Golf Club on Wednesday 3rd June. Tee times are from 1.45 to 3.30 p.m.
We are expecting a number of visitors from Wales to join us for an afternoons golf. A good turnout from our members would be nice.

DIOCESAN YOUTH PILGRIMAGE to Croagh Patrick for young people over 15 years of age on Saturday 4th July, 2009. Leaving early morning, returning late evening. Cost €10 per person. CORPUS CHRISTI PROCESSION: The Corpus Christi Procession will take place after the 7.30 p.m. Mass on Saturday 13th June. Bishop Moriarty will celebrate the Mass. We invite all stewards to help out as usual. All First Communion children are invited to walk in the Procession.

NEW PARISH PASTORAL COUNCIL: The members of the New Parish Pastoral Council have completed their training and will be commissioned at the 7.30 p.m. Mass on Saturday evening next. Full details in next week’s Newsletter.

MADHATTER Crafting Event
Crafting day in St. Brigids Parish Hall, Clonegal on 13th June from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will be demonstrations in different paper craft techniques and a fully stocked craft shop on site.
